The other day while
we were talking about cavemen we started to think how difficult it would have
been for them to live in caves, without any of the facilities we have now.
They didn’t have kitchens,
or toilets, or tellies or fridges... Can you imagine??
That same week we
read Winnie
the Witch in story day. It’s a very funny story and we love it.
We used the story
to start to talk about our own houses. Because we all wanted to know what
our friends houses are like we drew our homes, and put up a "Houses and Homes
Museum".
We’ve been learning
loads of new words, and as always we’ve played loads of games with the new
vocabulary we’ve learnt.
To finish this mini
project we designed a dream house, in little teams, we had great fun making
them!
